If you are out when Royal Mail come to deliver your parcel they will either deliver it to a neighbour, leave it in a safe place or take your goods back to a local collection point where you will be able to collect them later.

In all cases Royal Mail will post the details through your letterbox.

Our matcha is grown without the use of pesticides, but it is not organic.

Yes our Matcha Tea contains around 35mg of caffeine per serving. A serving is 1g (½ teaspoon).

The effects of this caffeine are unique due to an ingredient found in matcha, which has a calming effect on the human body. We call it energy without the anxiety.

Our matcha contains 3 calories per serving (per 1g).

Most people like to enjoy 1-2 servings a day.

At PureChimp we recommend you consume no more than 5 cups of matcha green tea a day (based on 1g servings/around 1/2 a teaspoon).

Yes our matcha tea is gluten free.

All batches of our matcha are tested in Japan before being shipped to the UK. No lead has ever been detected.

Our matcha is grown over 1500km away for the Fukushima disaster and was therefore not affected.

But under EU law every batch we purchase from our supplier is still tested for radioactivity before being deemed safe for human consumption.

There are no toxic or overdose levels for this product.

But as far as caffeine goes there is 35mg per 1/2 a tsp (around 1g) serving of our Matcha Tea. To be on the safe side we would suggest only consuming 1 serving of Matcha Tea a day as most research suggests that less than 1% of caffeine ends up in your breast milk.

If you’re pregnant, you should limit the amount of caffeine you have to 200mg (milligrams) a day.

Nope. We have carefully selected the ingredients to make sure your products have a naturally long shelf life. We know how harsh some preservatives can be on your skin/body.

All of our products have a shelf life of at least 9 months. You will see a use me by date on the side of your product.
