Recipe (Makes 6)

  • 50g Butter
  • 60g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp PureChimp Matcha
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 50ml Milk
  • 60g Chopped Pistachios

Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 180c

2. Whip the butter and sugar until it has a cream like consistency.

3. Add the egg and mix well.

4. Sift in the flour, matcha and baking powder and fold using a spatula.

5. Lightly stir in the milk.

6. Spoon the mix into cupcake cases and bake in the oven for 25 mins.

7. Enjoy!
