Recipe:
- 1 banana
- 50 g blueberries
- 80 g oatmeal
- 240 ml non-dairy milk
- 1/2 a tsp matcha tea
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Directions:
1.Stir the ½ banana, oats, brown sugar, coconut milk, soy or almond milk and matcha tea together in a small container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir, transfer the oats to a bowl and top with berries and slices of banana.
