Recipe
- 1 cup (160G) dates
- 1 cup (150g) cashews
- 1 tsp PureChimp matcha green tea powder
- 2-3 tbsp coconut oil (depending on how soft your dates are)
Directions
Blend together the dates and cashews.
Pour in the coconut oil, one tbsp at a time to help the mixture hold together. If you're using soft dates you may not need to use as much. Mine were fairly dry so I used 3 tbsp.
Add in the matcha powder and continue blending until you have a mixture that holds together when rolling it into a ball.
Form into balls and enjoy!
Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Thanks Iona :) You could try using oats. You will probably need to add an extra Tbsp of coconut oil.
