Matcha Crispbreads (Vegan)

Recipe (makes enough for 2/3 people)

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp PureChimp matcha
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp nigella seeds


1. Combine all the ingredient and mix.

2. Knead the mixture to create an elastic, smooth dough.

3. Let the dough rest for a few minutes, then roll out thinly.

4. Cut the dough into small triangle pieces.

5. Fry in a hot, dry pan. When you see air bubbles flip them over.

I am going to try this with almond/chickpea flour to make them gluten free
