- 1/2 tsp matcha green tea
- 1/2 tsp peeled and roughly chopped fresh ginger (or powder)
- 1/2 tsp peeled and roughly chopped fresh turmeric (or powder)
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of sea salt
1. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
2. Heat in a small saucepan over medium heat until it's just simmering.
