Much like any other diet or health kick people often ask if detoxing is safe? The answer of course is largely down to how you approach your decision to detox and the length of time that you embark on this particular way of eating and drinking.

Alongside dietary changes, a detox plan will often include deep breathing exercises and skin treatments to give these areas a bit of an extra boost.

One of the biggest changes when detoxing is made to your diet. This often comes in the form of cutting out a variety of different foods in order to clean out your digestive system.
