How much matcha green tea do we recommend?
At PureChimp we recommend you consume no more than 5 cups of matcha green tea a day (based on 1g servings/around 1/2 a teaspoon).
The reason for this is to keep within the lower recommended caffeine limit of 200mg. We think 5 cups of matcha (equivalent to the benefits of around 50 cups of regular green tea) is more than enough to keep you looking youthful for many years to come.

The majority of people tend to consume 1-2 servings of matcha a day, which is the equivalent to around 10-20 cups of regular green tea.
What time of the day should I drink matcha?
We recommend that matcha is consume in the morning and early afternoon, due to the caffeine content.
